Pompano Grill is a casual fine dining restaurant located in Cocoa Beach, FL.Oh my goodness! Ya’ll… this project was SO MUCH FUN! Pompano Grill is a long-standing Cocoa Beach favorite of the locals. Food is always fresh, wine goes down (maybe a little too) easy and the service is always on point! When most people think of the Pompano Grill, they think seafood - but, Pompano Grill is SO MUCH MORE! Which was exactly why the owners, Jackie & Erika, were looking for a rebrand. Their original logo was very coastal and verrrryyyyy seafood. By the time I came into the picture, they had already started redesigning their interior with mid-century modern decor, a touch of Art Deco, and a pinch quirkiness to round out their new eclectic vibe. And, now they wanted a logo to match.
In Erika’s words, “We want something Cocoa Beach has never seen before.” Whelp. I might be biased, but I think we nailed it. We broke every design rule possible in the process, but boy did it pay off! I’ve been a rule pusher all my life, so to have clients that are rooting for me to break some rules, really makes for a good time!
