The Squarespace Template Redesign service is a fast, strategic template setup that gets you live in one week. It’s perfect if you want a polished, branded site without a full custom build. (*Template purchase, Squarespace subscription, and domain are not included.)

Before Our Kickoff/Start Date - Book & Prep

Before we dive in, there’s a little homework to do — nothing wild, just the essentials that set us up for a smooth, stress-free week. Think of it like laying out your outfit before an early flight — when everything’s ready to go, we can hit the ground running and actually enjoy the process.

What you’ll need to have done before our Kick-off Call:

Book your spot and pay the deposit.
Purchase the Squarespace template you want (this can be from my template shop or any other template you find online that you want to use - If you need a little guidance here, I’d be happy to offer some suggestions).
Add me as an admin to your new Squarespace template. More instructions on how to do that here: Squarespace Support
Also gather content: logo, color palette, fonts, hero images, page copy, and any product info. (This is required so the week can run on schedule.)

Day 1 — Kick-Off Call (Mood Board & Sitemap Approval)

On day-one of your website week, we’ll hop on a video call where we’ll go over the visual direction and an outline of your site’s flow. By the end of the day we will need an approval on:

The mood board/visual direction including colors, fonts, images used.
The sitemap and wireframe of the homepage.

Day 2 — Homepage Build & Review

On day-two our schedule will look something like this:

Morning - You’ll get a link to your customized template homepage (hero, key CTAs, layout blocks, and primary imagery)
Afternoon - You will review the homepage and send feedback (edits, copy tweaks, image swaps).
By end of day - I’ll implement feedback so the homepage is approved and on-brand.

Days 3 & 4 — Interior Pages

Days 3 and 4 will look very similar to our homepage build & review day, as we continue to build out the interior pages of your website. Using the templated pages we will:

Morning - You’ll get a link to your customized template interior pages (About, Services, Contact, Product/Service pages) using the approved homepage as the guide for style, spacing, and hierarchy.
Afternoon - Review each interior page and provide consolidated feedback (try to bundle edits so we stay efficient).
By end of day - Make revisions and finalize interior pages once you approve.

Day 5 — Launch Prep: SEO, Domain, Celebrate

On our final day, I’ll run basic SEO setup (meta titles, meta descriptions, alt tags where obvious), connect your domain, and do a final polish pass, before hopping on another video call for your final approval.

Once I get your sign-off, we’ll officially go live and celebrate your fresh, strategic site!

Not included: template purchase, Squarespace subscription, domain purchase, branding or custom coding, and full shop/scheduling/blog setup.

Here’s how to make the most out of your Squarespace Restyle Week:

Be ready. If your content isn’t ready when the week starts, we’ll lose momentum. Have copy, images, and basic brand assets uploaded or shareable.
Consolidate feedback. Give batch feedback rather than tiny incremental asks — it keeps the project on schedule.
Expect style quirks. Your chosen template and your site’s settings may need small tweaks (spacing, image crops, color tweaks) to feel polished across devices.
